DRIED ONION SOUP MIX
1/2 tsp. onion powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. sugar 1/2 c. dehydrated chopped or minced onion 1/4 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet browning sauce or similar brand Combine onion, powder, salt, and sugar. Add Kitchen Bouquet and stir until seasonings are uniformly brown. Add dehydrated onions. Mix until color is even. Makes 1/2 cup of mix.

This is a wonderful mix! I used coconut sugar as a replacement and a beef bouillon cube, crushed.
I've double this recipe for use later as well.
