OVEN BEEF STEW 
2 lbs. beef stew meat
2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 sm. onions
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can beef bouillon or 1 cube dissolved in 1 c. water
2-3 stalks celery, chopped
5-6 carrots, cut up
4-5 potatoes, cut up
4 heaping tbsp. minute tapioca
2 tsp. sugar

Bake 325 degrees 3-4 hours. Do not remove the cover for 3 hours.
