EASY MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 can Rotel, diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can Ranch style beans
1 can corn
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 c. rice
1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese or Mexican Velveeta

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook rice with Rotel tomatoes. Stir in beans, corn and cheese. Brown meat, drain and stir into rice mixture. Bake for about 20 minutes. Serve with Doritos.
