SPAGHETTI PIE 
6 oz. spaghetti, cooked & drained
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 lg. eggs, well beaten
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. Ricotta cheese
1 c. spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 10" pie plate. Toss hot spaghetti with olive oil, eggs and 1/2 cup of the Parmesan cheese. Pour spaghetti mixture in pie plate. Form into a "crust". Spread Ricotta over spaghetti mixture (crust). Top with spaghetti sauce and bake for approximately 25 minutes. Top with spaghetti sauce and bake for approximately 25 minutes. Top with shredded Mozzarella cheese and bake for 5 more minutes or until cheese melts. Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Cool 10 minutes prior to cutting into wedges. Serves 6.
