SPAGHETTI PIE 
6 oz. spaghetti, cooked & drained
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 lg. eggs, well beaten
3/4 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
1 c. ricotta cheese
1 c. spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 10 inch pie pan. Toss hot spaghetti with olive oil. Combine eggs and 1/2 cup of the shredded Parmesan cheese. Stir into spaghetti. Pour spaghetti mixture into pie pan. Form into a "crust". Spread ricotta over spaghetti crust. Top with spaghetti sauce. Bake uncovered 25 minutes.

Top with Mozzarella cheese and bake 5 more minutes. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup reserved Parmesan cheese. Cool 10 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
