BAKED MEAT BALLS 
1/2 c. milk
1 c. soft bread crumbs
2 lbs. beef (ground chuck)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1 bouillon cube
1/4 c. hot water

Combine milk and bread crumbs. Add meat, onions, sugar, salt and egg. Dissolve cube in hot water and add to meat. Mix and shape into 24 balls. Place in shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Pour off drippings, spread soup over top of meat balls and continue baking for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
