LEMONY LEMON CAKE 
1 Betty Crocker Yellow cake mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello, dissolved in 1 c. boiling water
3/4 Wesson oil
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. lemon extract

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
Juice of 2 lemons or 4 tbsp. Realemon

Add to cake mix: 3/4 cup oil. Then add eggs, one at a time and beat well after each one. Add lemon extract. Fold in cooled Jello. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees in 9 x 13 inch pan. After removing from oven, prick with fork over entire top of cake.

Make a glaze of powdered sugar dissolved in juice of lemon OR Realemon. Drizzle on top of warm cake.
