INSTANT FRUIT SALAD 
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 pkg. non-dairy whipped topping mix
1 1/2 c. cold milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (16 oz.) can chunky fruit, drained
1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges, drained
4 sliced bananas
1 (16 oz.) can pineapple, drained

Blend dry topping mix and pudding. Add milk and vanilla. Beat until stiff. Fold in fruits and refrigerate.
