1 c. buttermilk
1 (3 oz.) box vanilla instant pudding (I use sugar free pudding), mix with buttermilk
1 (6 oz.) Cool Whip
1 can of fruit cocktail (drained)
1 pkg. Keebler fudge striped cookies, crush

Mix thoroughout salad just before serving.
