MYRTLE'S ORANGE MUFFINS 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1/2 c. sweet milk
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
Grated rind of 2 oranges

Cream sugar and butter. Add unbeaten eggs, milk, flour, baking powder and grated rind of 2 oranges. Bake in very small muffin pans at 350 degrees until done. Dip muffins in syrup made from the juice of 2 or more oranges with 1 cup sugar. Put on rack to drip. Makes about 70 small muffins.
