INDIAN FRY BREAD 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 c. water

Mix and let stand 1 hour. Roll into 2 inch balls. Flour board and roll. Pour oil at least 1 1/2 inch deep frying pan. Put in bread rounds, brown on both sides. Drain on toweling. Makes 15 pieces.
