PINEAPPLE CREAM CHEESE MOLD | |
1 pkg. lemon Jello (3 oz.) 1 pkg. lime Jello (3 oz.) 1 (#2) can crushed pineapple (drained well), save juice 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 3 c. boiling water 1 c. miniature marshmallows (optional) 1 pkg. strawberry Jello (3 oz.) Mix lime Jello as directed on package. Pour into large flat casserole or Pyrex baking dish. Put in refrigerator and chill until set. Put lemon Jello in mixing bowl, add 1 cup boiling water, stir until dissolved. Add cream cheese and marshmallows. Stir until almost melted. Put pineapple juice in 1 cup measure and add enough water (cold) to fill cup. Add this and pineapple to cheese mixture. Set in refrigerator to partly set. When lime Jello is set, stir lemon Jello and pour on top of lime. Put in refrigerator to set. Mix red Jello according to package and refrigerate when cream cheese mixture is half set. When red Jello is half set, pour over cream cheese mixture and let set until all is done. |
