CHEESE CAKE JELLO MOLD 
1 env. Knox gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lg. Cool Whip

Dissolve gelatin in the cold water. Add sugar and boiling water. Add remaining ingredients. Mix (not beat) together, wire whisk works well. Pour in large Jello mold. Let set overnight. Serve with any pie filling.
