DELUXE STRAWBERRY DESSERT 
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. firm butter
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 egg yolks
1 c. dairy sour cream
Strawberry glace (below)
1 1/2 c. strawberry halves

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix baking mix and 2 tablespoons sugar. Cut in butter. Pat in round pan, 9 x 1 1/2 inch or pie plate. Bake 10 minutes. Mix 1/3 cup sugar, nutmeg, yolks and sour cream. Spread over hot layer. Bake 20 minutes, cool completely. Prepare glace, cool slightly. Arrange strawberries on layer. Spread glace over strawberries. Refrigerate remaining dessert.

Strawberry glace: Mash 1/2 cup strawberries. Mix 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cornstarch in 1 1/2 quart saucepan. Gradually stir in 1/4 cup water and the strawberries. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir 1 minutes.
