SCALLOP CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. scallops 1 c. light cream 1 stick butter 1 sleeve Ritz crackers Crumble the crackers in a plastic bag. Add the scallops and shake well. Put the scallops in a small casserole dish. Melt the butter and pour over the scallops. Pour cream over all. Bake 20 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven. Serve with long grain wild rice and a green salad. Serves 4. |
