EASY VEGETABLE SOUP 
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 gal. tomato juice
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1 small head cabbage, shredded
1 can mixed vegetables

Add bouillon cubes to the tomato juice. Add the small head shredded cabbage. Cook until tender. Add can of mixed vegetables. Continue cooking until tender and heated through. Other vegetables may be added if wished. If desire thicker soup, start with 1 quart juice.
