SCALLOPED PORK CHOPS 
4 loin pork chops
4 carrots
4 potatoes
4 onions
3 c. milk
Flour
Pepper
Salt
3 tbsp. Crisco

Cut carrots, onions and potatoes into thin slices. Brown the pork chops in Crisco. Place a layer of chops in casserole, season with salt and pepper and follow with layer of potatoes, then onions, then carrots. Season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with a little flour. Continue layers until all ingredients are used ending with a layer of potatoes. Warm the milk and pour over contents of casserole. Cover and bake in 350 degrees for an hour.
