SWEET POTATO PIE 
1 unbaked pie shell
2 cups of sweet potatoes (cooked)
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger
3/4 tsp cinnamon

In large size bowl, blend together all ingredients. Pour into pie shell.

Bake in moderate oven on 350°F for 50 - 55 minutes or until tooth pick inserted near center comes out clean. Refrigerate at least one hour.
