PEANUT BUTTER OATMEAL COOKIES | |
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1 tsp. vanilla extract 2 eggs 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. baking soda 3 cups Quaker Oats 1/2 cup powdered peanut butter 1/4 cup maple syrup Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugars until creamy smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well. Add oats, mix well. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda; mix well. Add maple syrup, mix well. Drop dough by rounded spoonfuls onto the cookie sheet. Score with a fork. Bake for about 18 minutes. Cool completely. Store tightly covered to preserve freshness. Makes approximately 24 cookies.
