CABBAGE SALAD 
1 sm. cabbage, shredded
3 carrots, chopped
3 ribs of celery, chopped
1 lg. sweet green pepper, chopped
1 lg. sweet red pepper, chopped
1 sm. cucumber, chopped
8 radishes, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped (optional)
1 c. white vinegar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Combine cabbage, carrots, celery, peppers, onion, cucumber, and radishes in large bowl. Combine vinegar, vegetable oil, sugar, salt and pepper. Mix well. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture. Toss to coat. Refrigerate. Cover and let stand several hours. Serve as desired.
