OKLAHOMA DIP 
1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion
2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
2 lb. Velveeta cheese

Fry sausage, hamburger, and onion; drain. Add tomatoes and cheese. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted. Serve warm with Doritos or Ritz crackers.
