SPINACH SALAD 
1 pkg. fresh spinach
4 hard boiled eggs
8 strips crisp fried bacon
1 c. bean sprouts, drained
1 sm. can water chestnuts, diced

Wash and drain spinach thoroughly. Break into bite-size pieces. Combine all ingredients and toss carefully with the Tangy Dressing.

TANGY DRESSING:

1 c. salad oil
1/4 c. wine vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. ketchup
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 onion, diced

Combine dressing ingredients in blender and puree.
