1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
4 oz. Baker's German Sweet chocolate, broken in pieces

Blend peanut butter, sugar and egg. Press into 10 x 7 inch pan or on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Put chocolate on top and cover with foil. Let set 3 minutes then remove foil. Cut into squares.
