PUMPKIN - NOG PIE 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped hazel nuts
3 tbsp. white sugar

Combine all ingredients and press into pie plate. Brown crust for 6-8 minutes at 350 degrees.

In a saucepan, combine all ingredients except egg whites with sugar. Cook until gelatin dissolves and mix thickens slightly. Chill until partially set. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks. Add sugar. Fold together and put in shell. Freeze. Thaw 15 minutes before serving.
