1 c. Oreo cookie crumbs
3 tbsp. butter, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine cookie crumbs and butter, then press into spring-form pan. Combine cream cheese and sugar. Blend in eggs, vanilla, and chocolate chips. Pour into crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 250 degrees and bake 35 minutes. Cool and store in refrigerator.
