1 gal. corn, cut form cob 1 c. cream 1/2 c. water 1 c. sugar 4 tsp. salt Cook all ingredients, be sure not to let stick. Cook for 20 minutes. Cool quickly by setting pan in ice water. Pack in containers and freeze. |
