FROZEN CORN 
1 gal. corn, cut off the cob
1 qt. water
1 c. sugar
4 tsp. salt

Mix well and cook 5 to 7 minutes; after it comes to a boil, start timing. Cool pan of corn in ice water. This amount makes 4 quarts of corn. To serve, heat thoroughly and season. This is very good.
