CHRISTMAS SALAD 
2 c. water
1 can (1 lb.) whole cranberry sauce, mashed
2 pkg. (3 oz.) raspberry Jello
1 c. orange sections, well drained
2 c. creamed cottage cheese

Bring 1 c. water to a boil. Add cranberry sauce and heat until it melts. Add jello and stir. Add 1 c. cold water. Chill until mixture is syrupy. Add orange sections to jello. Pour into ring mold. Chill until firm. Unmold on lettuce leaves and fill center with creamed cottage cheese. One c. canned mandarin oranges can be used.
