CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE 
3/4 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder

Cream butter and cheese until light and fluffy. Add sugar, beating constantly. Add vanilla. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add flour and baking powder to creamed mixture. Beat well. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes then turn out to cool.
