GERMAN APPLE BARS 
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar (I use about 1 1/2)
1 c. oil
3 c. raw apples, chopped
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in greased jelly roll pan.

FROSTING:

4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
Approximately 3 c. confectioners' sugar
