GEYMON APPLE BARS 
3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts, chopped
3 c. apples, chopped

Beat eggs and oil until foamy. Add sugar, vanilla, salt, baking soda, flour and cinnamon, beat well. Add nuts and apples. Bake on greased and floured jelly roll pan at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

FROSTING:

2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix until smooth and creamy. Spread on top of cooled bars.
