EASY CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
8 tsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. boiling water

Combine all ingredients and pour into greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour. Cool and frost.

ICING:

1/2 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. coffee
Dash salt

Beat until light and fluffy.
