EGG OMELET CASSEROLE 
4 slices bread (cubed & buttered)
4 eggs (slightly beaten)
1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese (grated)
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients. Pour into 2-quart casserole dish (which should be buttered). Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes. Can be refrigerated. Serves 6. Serve for breakfast or brunch.
