2 lg. Red Delicious apples
Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. mayonnaise-type salad dressing

Dice apples, squeeze lemon juice over apples. Combine celery, pecans, and raisins with apples. Toss all with salad dressing. Chill. Serve on lettuce or just eat it. Very good.
