APPLE - POPPY SEED SALAD 
Variety of greens (red leaf, boston, spinach, use AT LEAST three different types)

DRESSING:

1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 c. salad oil
1/2 c. sugar or 6 packets Equal
1/3 c. vinegar
1 c. cashews or peanuts
1 c. diced Swiss cheese
2 red apples, chopped
Dash of salt
1 tsp. onion powder
2 tbsp. poppy seed

Mix all dressing ingredients well. Best if chilled and put on the greens at the last minute.
