SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK 
Combine in blender container:

1 c. instant dry non fat milk solids
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. boiling water
3 tbsp. melted butter

Process until smooth. Store in refrigerator. Yields about 1 1/4 cups or same as 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk.

NOTE: If storing in refrigerator for future use best to take out of blender otherwise is hard to remove. NOTE: IF found a little too thin cut down on the water.
