1 1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
48 Hershey kiss

Mix all ingredients well. Roll into small balls. Bake at 325 degrees for 12 minutes. Place Hershey in center of cookies. Bake an additional 2 minutes.
