PEANUT BUTTER KISSES 
1 jar (18 oz.) creamy peanut butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
48 kisses

Heat oven at 350 degrees; with wooden spoon stir peanut butter, sugar, and eggs in medium size bowl until well blended. (Dough will be slightly sticky.) With floured hands roll 1 tablespoon of dough into 1 1/4 ball. Place 1 1/2 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12 to 14 minutes until cookies look dry on top and cracked. Remove from oven and immediately press a chocolate kiss in center of each. Cool on cookie sheet 1 to 2 minutes. Then remove to wire rack and cool completely. Makes 4 dozen.
