COTTAGE CHEESE ROLLS 
1 lb. carton sm. curd cottage cheese
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sifted all purpose flour
Powdered sugar frosting
Finely chopped nuts
Shredded coconut

Have all ingredients at room temperature. Combine first 4 ingredients in large mixing bowl and beat until smooth and elastic with mixer. Chill several hours or overnight. Divide into 6 parts and roll each part into a circle 1/8 inch thick on a lightly floured board.

Cut into small pie shaped wedges. Roll each from wide end to point. Place on ungreased baking sheet 1 inch apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Frost with powdered sugar frosting and sprinkle some with chopped nuts and some with the shredded coconut.
