STRAWBERRY PIE GLAZE 
Deep dish pie crust
1 qt. strawberries
3 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1 c. water

Bake and cool pie crust. Cut up 1 cup strawberries. Mix sugar and cornstarch. Pour in water gradually, mix until smooth. Add cut up strawberries. Cook and stir over medium heat until thick and clear. Cool. Stir in remaining strawberries leaving some for garnish. Pour mix into pie shell. Chill until firm. Garnish with strawberries and whip cream.
