MABEL'S HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
3 hard boiled eggs, cut up
2 c. cut up chicken
1 c. diced celery
1 can drained sliced water chestnuts
1 can cream of chicken soup
Amount to taste of chopped onions
1 c. cooked rice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt

TOPPING:

Slivered almonds
1/2 stick butter
1 c. Rice Krispies

Mix everything but the topping together and put into 2 casserole dishes. Bake 35 minutes in 350 degree oven. Put topping on the last 15 minutes. Serves 10- 18 (2 casseroles).
