MARINATED SALAD 
1 can French cut green beans, drained
1 can LeSeur English peas, drained
1 can whole kernel corn (white shoe peg), drained
Chopped pimento
Chopped onion
Chopped celery (celery seed can be used)
Chopped green pepper

Combine above ingredients. 3/4 c. vinegar 1/2 c. Wesson oil 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1 tbsp. water

Bring above ingredients to a boil and pour over vegetables. Cool and refrigerate. Will stay in refrigerator for several days. Great for picnic or covered dish.
