PECAN PEACH PIE 
3 stiffly beaten egg whites
3/4 c. sugar evenly mixed in
12 very finely crushed soda crackers
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. broken pecans

Butter pie tin. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool. Top with drained sliced peaches mixed with 1 cup whipped cream. Refrigerate overnight.
