PEACH PECAN PIE 
3 eggs, separated
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 tsp. baking powder
12 soda crackers, finely crushed
1/2 pt. whipping cream
Peaches, sliced

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add the vanilla. Into this mixture, blend slowly the sugar, chopped pecans, baking powder and crackers. Pour into buttered pie dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool thoroughly. Fill crust with whipping cream and top with sliced peaches.
