SCALLOPED SUMMER SQUASH 
2 med. size summer squash, diced

CREAM SAUCE:

2 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper

Layer squash in bottom of buttered casserole. Top with cream sauce. Cover with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees until tender.
