APPLE STRUDEL 
5 c. apples, peeled, cored, sliced
1/2 c. water
1 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Butter 8" casserole dish. Line with apples. Sprinkle water over apples. Mix flour, brown sugar, butter, salt and cinnamon until crumbly. Crumble over apples. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
