DUTCH APPLE STRUDEL 
2 c. baking apples, peeled and sliced
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten

Place apples in buttered 8x8 inch baking dish. Drizzle honey over apples. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice.

In large bowl, combine flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, soda and salt. Stir in egg until mixture is crumbly. Spoon mixture evenly over apples. Bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 30-40 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
