APPLE STRUDEL 
1 can apple pie filling or enough apples to make close to an inch thickness in pan
1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 unbeaten egg
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 packs vanilla pudding, cooked by directions

Put apples in baking pan. Mix with fork and sprinkle over apples, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and egg. Pour over apples and mix the melted butter. Then sprinkle the cinnamon over it.

Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6 to 8. Make vanilla pudding and put over each serving.
