DAIRY APPLE STRUDEL 
2 1/2 c. flour
Pinch salt
1/2 lb. butter
1 c. sour cream

APPLE FILLING:

1 c. raisins
6 tbsp. apple juice
5 apples, peeled & chopped
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter

Dough: Cut butter into flour. Add sour cream. Blend. Roll into ball. Make 4 patties. Refrigerate 12 hours. Roll out 4 strips. Place 2 strips on baking sheet. Put apple filling on top. Put remaining strips over them and tuck under. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Filling: Soak raisins in apple juice. Drain liquid and mix everything together.
