OATMEAL CARAMELITAS 
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1 c. flour
1 c. oats
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix above ingredients together and divide in half. Spread half of the mixture in bottom of 7x11 inch or 9x9 inch pan. (Not necessary to grease pan. This will be a very thin layer.) Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. 3/4 c. Smucker's caramel flavor topping 3 tbsp. flour

Sprinkle chocolate chips over baked layer. Mix Smucker's caramel topping together with 3 level tablespoons flour. Pour over chocolate chips. Add balance of oat and flour mixture evenly. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
